Hilary Zust, Supervisor
hzust@portcitydevelopment.orgHilary has attended The New School for Social Research, Maine College of Art, and The University of Southern Maine before graduating from the The Institute of Culinary Education, NYC. Her interests are cooking, making paper-cuts and making jewelry. She worked at Maine Vocational and Rehabilitative Associates, a community based day program. There she assisted with job development, job coaching, and taught life and social skills. She then moved to NYC and went to cooking school. After becoming a pastry sous chef in New York City, she realized that she missed working within a day program. She then returned to MRVA, where she assisted with coordinating the cooking program, which included writing recipes, doing in-home support, and teaching cooking classes to young adults with disabilities. She worked there until moving to Portland 2 years later.

Patrick Connell
pconnell@portcitydevelopment.org
Patrick grew up in Portland and just returned this year after a decade-long hiatus. He received his B.S. in Psychology at Southern Oregon University. In lieu of sleeping, Patrick spends all of his evenings playing guitar in the flatpicking tradition. He truly admires Port City for giving so many people opportunities to be helpful toward others.
