Kandi Hubler, Direct Care Manager
khubler@portcitydevelopment.orgKandi came to work at Port City in 2001, although she has been in the field for 15 years doing respite care for children with disabilities. She has also worked with a group at Lewis and Clark College supporting children with dyslexia. In her spare time Kandi enjoys traveling, camping, reading and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Ursula Morton, Job Developer
umorton@portcitydevelopment.orgUrsula came to Port City after moving from San Francisco, but is originally from Bloomington Indiana. Ursula earned her BA in comparative Literature and Film Studies from Indian University. She has worked as a Case Manager and Recreational Therapist at the Center for Behavioral Health. While working at the center she started programs in Painting, Crocheting, Water Exercise, Relaxation Therapy, Gardening and Rummy Club. She has also worked as a Veterinary Technician. When she is not at Port City she is playing bass, gardening, biking, doing acrobatics, swimming, camping, dancing in a performance group, and spending time with her cats.
Monique Neal, Fiscal Coordinator/HR Generalist
mneal@portcitydevelopment.orgMonique was born and raised in Portland Oregon. Her interests are Music, Fitness, Art, Photography, & Dance. Before coming to Port City, Monique worked in Customer Service, Fitness and Modeling and Supported Living.
Amanda Milholland, Development Director
amilholland@portcitydevelopment.orgAmanda is a graduate from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. She worked previously with non-profit organizations in Olympia and Uganda, East Africa. In Olympia she worked as a reproductive health educator and was responsible for program development and grant writing. As a Peace Corps volunteer in Uganda, she worked with a community-based organization as the primary technical support person assisting her collages in learning formal writing, budget management and organization development skills. She also coordinated an international volunteer program, taught reproductive health at primary and secondary schools and worked with students on health murals at two schools. Amanda is excited by all of the possibilities presented in her work as Grant Coordinator and Office Manager.
Stuart Cullins, Production / Transportation Manager
scullins@portcitydevelopment.orgStuart is from Memphis Tennessee where he grew up with his sister who is developmentally disabled. His interests are guitar, piano and singing. Before joining Port City last year, he worked in sales, and for Radio Cab, transporting toddlers with disabilities.
Heather Castagna / Life Skills Coordinator
hcastagna@portcitydevelopment.orgHeather is a licensed massage therapist, reiki master and public health student at Portland State University. She began working at Port City in 2011 following an internship with our organization to promote the Health for the Whole Person program. In her spare time she enjoys running, meditating, hiking, gardening and playing with her daughter.
