At Port City Development Center we embrace the culture and the power of CAN.  Rather than focusing on the disabilities that are associated with individuals, we celebrate the gifts that everyone possesses.  Through innovative programs, caring, educated, and trained staff,  and a philosophy of acceptance and appreciation, Port City is able to create a reality that not only supports but also inspires growth.
